During my time at UCF, I had the opportunity to earn my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. This certification provided me with valuable knowledge in process improvement, problem-solving, and efficiency optimization. I learned how to identify and eliminate waste in various workflows, ensuring higher productivity and quality. The skills I gained through this certification have allowed me to approach projects with a strong focus on continuous improvement, which I’ve applied throughout my professional career.
