During my time at ITI Engineering, I designed a fully functional 20,000-square-foot facility. This project was executed with meticulous attention to architectural standards and operational efficiency. Key contributions to the project included:
Design and Construction: Developed the facility built to strict architectural standards, ensuring both structural integrity and optimal functionality.
Process Simulation: Created a working simulation to model the facility’s processes, including accurate timelines and time-efficient machine layouts.
Workstation Placement: Strategically placed workstations, including a clean room, to meet safety regulations and enhance operational workflow.
Bill of Materials (BOM): Compiled a detailed BOM for every item needed, ensuring precision in procurement and installation.
Presentations and Visuals: Developed presentations and visuals to effectively communicate the design to stakeholders.
Completed in 2023, the facility is now fully operational and adheres to all functional and safety requirements.
